The Bay Hotel

The Bay Hotel now features a petite yet well equipped gymnasium. The state of the art Technogym has all you need for quick holiday workout sessions, including towels, complimentary chilled mineral water and three LCD screens. We also have a Personal Fitness Trainer who is available by appointment to assist you with one-on-one training sessions.

In addition to private en-suite treatment rooms, a hair salon, solar heated and cold pools, we now also offer a sauna and steam room for a five star wellness experience.

Camps Bay Retreat

The spa at Camps Bay Retreat has gone through a complete facelift, with the addition of a new spa bath, sauna and steam room. The new design promises the guest privacy and stunning views of the Manor House gardens.

Camps Bay Retreat also introduces the unique Earl’s Dyke Nature Baths, an outdoor experiences. Suspended over the canopy of trees, guests can enjoy an intimate nature bath together in total privacy, overlooking the lush gardens and sipping on one of our Signature Health Drinks. Packages can include a 30-60min massage.
